MYO's promise

We pride ourselves on fresh fish delivered daily, examined and sliced by hand by our Japanese chefs. With the exception of the Red Label salmon, all of our fish is wild-caught and issued from sustainable and origin-verified sources.

All of our dishes as well as our sauces are prepared in-house and on the spot.
